Troy McDonald

President, PLS

Troy is a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in Maine with more than 38 years of experience in land surveying, civil engineering design, telephone engineering and business development. Troy is the former owner of a surveying/civil engineering firm specializing in Telephony and has also held the position of Director of Marketing, V.P. – Surveying and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of NCS.

Bill Gerrish

Vice President, PE, PLS

Bill has 35 years of experience in civil engineering and land surveying. Bill managed his own engineering and surveying firm in northern Maine for 18 years, and his combination of design and field engineering skills are truly an asset to the NCS Team. Bill is responsible for the management of engineering projects and represents clients at their respective Planning Boards.

Alex Frederick

Director of Survey

Alex has 8 years of land surveying experience and is working toward obtaining a Professional Land Surveyor’s license. Alex has found his niche in the land surveying profession and specializes in fieldwork, boundary resolution, and deed research. As Director of Survey, Alex is responsible for the land surveying operations at NCS.

Jim Fisher

Senior Associate

Jim has an M.S. and completed post graduate work at Oxford University with a background in Business. As founder of the company he specializes in the permitting process and presentations to municipal planning boards. He has received an Army Corps of Engineers’ certification for Wetlands Delineation. Jim is a former instructor at the U.S. Military Academy and is responsible for business and client relationship development.
